The Database is unable to detect any records selected for printing. Either:
you have not selected any records by clicking on the boxes to the left of the results
OR your browser is unable to make a temprary record of your selections using a file known as a "cookie":
Solution: Use a different browser or computer,
or find out which browser version you are using by selecting about
from the browser's help menu; then follow the appropriate instructions
below:
Netscape 3: From the options menu, select
network preferences. From the preferences dialogue box, select
the protocols tab, and ensure that the option "show an alert before...
accepting a cookie" is unchecked.
Internet Explorer 3: From the view menu,
select options. Select advanced, and ensure that the option "warn
before accepting cookies" is not selected.
Netscape 4: From the edit menu, select
preferences. In the preferences dialogue box, select the advanced
category, and ensure that the "accept all cookies" option is selected.
Internet Explorer 4: From the view menu,
select internet options. From the dialogue box which appears subsequently,
select the advanced tab. Scroll down to security...cookie settings,
and select "always accept cookies".
Internet Explorer 5: From the tools menu,
select internet options. From the dialogue box which appears subsequently,
select the security tab. Either set your "security level for this zone" to
Medium or select "Custom Level" and enable "cookies that are stored on your
computer" and "per-session cookies".
